The agreement behind an order

These terms apply when you visit or submit a purchase through www.jivania.com. The accompanying payment, shipping, returns, and privacy pages explain how their respective parts of the service work.

The catalog presents clothing through descriptions, images, options, and prices. Read the listing for the item being considered. Device settings can change color appearance, and a clear publishing error may be corrected before acceptance. Only currently selectable options are offered for ordering.

A cart becomes a purchase request

Placing an item in the cart does not reserve it. Checkout submits a request using the information you provide. Jivania may decline or limit an order because of unavailable stock, delivery restrictions, failed payment, inconsistent details, an obvious pricing error, or suspected unauthorized activity. Any necessary payment adjustment follows the applicable process and legal obligations.

Access carries responsibilities

Use accurate information and respect other visitors. Impersonation, harmful automation, interference, credential attacks, malicious code, and attempts to bypass security controls are prohibited. Original store text and presentation must not be copied to falsely imply an affiliation. Payment and delivery providers have their own operating conditions, which do not displace duties the store owes under applicable law.

The rules that govern interpretation

This agreement and transactions through the storefront are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Consumer protections and remedies that cannot legally be excluded remain fully available.
